We have designed our 8m x 3.4m cabin as an accessible entry point for the Australian housing market. Each unit is constructed from premium Australian steel at our factory in Armidale, NSW.
Key features include:
– Transportability: Built on a solid steel skid base, the cabin can be attached to footings on your land and moved to another location if required.
– Quality Construction: Built from scratch by qualified tradesmen using Australian products. The subfloor, frames, trusses (Truecore), cladding, and roof sheeting are all made from Australian steel.
– Insulated roof and thermal brake installed in walls
– Fixtures: Includes aluminium windows and a sliding door, complete with fly screens and locks.
– Cost Savings: The cabin is provided at the “lock-up” stage, allowing you to complete the internal fit-out yourself and save significantly on costs.
Pricing and Logistics:
The cabin is available for $27,689.67, ex-factory from Armidale. Engineering drawings for footings and tie-downs are available as an optional extra for $600.00. While transport is the buyer’s responsibility, we are happy to recommend a reliable transport company.
Timeline and Payment:
At our current production rate, your cabin could be ready in six weeks. Our payment schedule is as follows:
– 20% Deposit: Required upon ordering to secure your place in the production schedule.
– 40% Progress Payment: Due upon completion of the skids, subfloor, frames, and trusses.
– 40% Final Balance: Required prior to the cabin leaving our factory.
